AccessCode and SGWorkPass have been enhanced with the following changes:
- Removal of the Grey colour code. Now, the AccessCode will only indicate either a ‘Green’ or ‘Red’
- Reasons for workers’ Red AccessCode is now available
In order for the AccessCode for your worker to be Green, they must meet the following conditions:
- Health
Your worker is not on Quarantined Order (QO) or Stay Home Notice (SHN) (e.g. due to re-emerging infections), and cleared of COVID-19 infection
- Residential address
Your worker is staying in a cleared dormitory or BRW, based on the clearance update from MOM website
- Dormitory operator
Dormitory operators of the cleared dormitory or BRW has implement and fulfil Safe Living Measures
- Company
Your company must be approved to resume work by the lead agencies (e.g. Ministry of Trade & Industry, Economic Development Board or Building & Construction Authority)
- Mobile applications
Your worker has downloaded the compulsory mobile apps- FWMOMCare, SGWorkPass and TraceTogether; this include daily reporting of his health status on FWMOMCare and ensuring all mobile apps are in its latest version.
Broadly, if any one of the conditions is not met, your worker’s AccessCode will be Red.

More dormitories cleared of COVID-19
As of 13 July, 193 more dormitories and 19 Blocks for Recovered Workers (BRWs) in 8 Purpose-Built Dormitories (PBDs) have been cleared of COVID-19. About 215,000 workers have recovered or been tested to be free from COVID-19 and are staying in cleared premises, including government-provided accommodation facilities.
